Jeremy and Tiffany Rooker
Founded on August 3, 2016, in Milwaukee, WI, by Tiffany and Jeremy Rooker, Out & About Transportation was originally established to provide high-quality passenger transportation services for individuals with disabilities throughout Wisconsin. As the transportation industry evolved, we recognized new opportunities and transitioned into trucking in 2021.
On December 27, 2021, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) granted us Operating Authority, officially marking the beginning of our trucking journey. We started with a 26-foot box truck rental from Enterprise under a year-long lease. Within just seven months, we acquired our first truck, and by April 2023, we proudly expanded our fleet with a second truck.
Out & About Transportation is a proud women-owned trucking company specializing in customized logistics solutions. We deliver reliable, efficient, and cost-effective transportation services tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Our commitment to building strong, long-term partnerships allows us to fully understand and support our customers’ goals. As the owner of Out & About Transportation, Tiffany Rooker is deeply committed to continuous learning and professional development. She is a proud graduate of the BizStarts Institute in partnership with the University of Notre Dame, the Word of Hope Ministries Inc. Business Development Program, and Professional CDL Training LLC. Tiffany is also currently participating in the prestigious Green Bay Packers Mentor-Protégé Program, further demonstrating her dedication to growth, leadership, and excellence in the transportation industry.
